Lizzie Melly

Lizzie has been with Discovery for over 10 years, currently based in the Gavitt Street office in Glenorchy. Lizzie assists with the statewide administration for the company – which includes working closely with families, peak bodies and the Discovery leadership team as required. She is also heavily involved with the initiatives to support the mental health and wellbeing of the Discovery employees, children, families and communities. Previously Lizzie has worked in retail, for a national not-for-profit and in media. She graduated from The University of Notre Dame Australia with a Bachelor Degree in Communications (minor in Psychology) and is a Wellness Coach.

Lizzie was born in South Africa and at 15 years old moved to Malaysia before coming to Australia to study at university. She now happily calls Tasmania home and couldn’t think of better place to raise her two sons alongside her partner and his two sons.
